Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage is a specialized form of MLD developed to support body contouring results through targeted lymphatic stimulation. Unlike standard MLD, the Brazilian method uses specific manual techniques to encourage fluid reduction, define contours, and support the metabolic clearance of post-procedural swelling.

Muriel Leenders is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) and Manual Lymph Drainage Certified (MLD-C) therapist with specialized training in post-operative lymphatic recovery and medical lymphatic care. A CLT has completed advanced clinical training in the evaluation and management of lymphedema and lymphatic disorders, beyond standard massage licensure. MLD-C certification indicates demonstrated competency in Manual Lymph Drainage technique and its clinical application.
Muriel is also a VA Community Care Provider, authorized to provide care to eligible veterans through VA Community Care referrals.
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage training completed under Josie Rushing, a recognized instructor in the Brazilian lymphatic sculpting method.
