VA CCN, & Payment Options

Radiant Health Massage LLC provides therapeutic massage and clinically informed lymphatic services on a private-pay basis.

VA Community Care (CCN)

We proudly accept authorized referrals through the VA Community Care Network (CCN).

If you are a Veteran:

• Please contact your VA Primary Care Provider or Community Care Coordinator to request a referral.

• Referrals must be submitted through the VA system (HSRM).

• Once authorized and received, our office will contact you to schedule.

VA services are provided in accordance with authorization guidelines.

Private-Pay Clients

All non-VA services are private-pay. Payment is due at the time of service.

We accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards

• Cash

• HSA & FSA Cards (based on individual plan eligibility)

• Cherry (financing options, if applicable)

• Afterpay

• Membership Plans & Packages

We do not bill commercial insurance directly.

A detailed receipt (superbill) is available upon request for clients seeking possible reimbursement through their insurance provider.
